Speaking about the app, Cllr Ben Bradley MP said: “It's great to see the app is still going strong into its third year and that residents can access vital council services quickly and efficiently through their smartphone. It’s convenient, easy to use and only takes a few moments to find the information they are looking for. As for the future of the app, we will continue to listen to user feedback and always look for new ways to improve access to services. A Cost Of Living section has recently been added to help residents access information and support to help manage financial pressures and look after their general wellbeing. I encourage anybody who hasn’t got the app to download it.”
Users of the MyNotts app can also access the latest news from the council and receive push notifications that will alert them about council services.
The app is available to download for free on the Android and Apple stores or on our webpage https://www.nottinghamshire.gov.uk/council-and-democracy/news-and-media/mynottsapp
