Property - Design, Construction and Procurement

Arc Partnership is a joint venture developed by Nottinghamshire County Council and Scape Group.We are focused on the delivery of property design, programme management and planned and reactive maintenance services to Nottinghamshire County Council. This is an exclusive 10-year service contract, with the potential for a five-year extension to 2031.

What we offer

Here at Arc Partnership we offer a range of services for your school. 

Design and delivery 

This includes development of a range of capital and revenue funded building works, from conception to delivery, including new builds, extensions, alterations, refurbishments and planned works. 

We can also set base budgets with Nottinghamshire County Council, seek and obtain planning permission and other statutory related building consents, let and manage construction contracts, defect resolution and general programme/project management and commissioning. 

Consultancy

We provide ad-hoc professional consultancy advise, including (but not limited to), architectural engineering (including structural, mechanical and electrical), building surveying and quantity surveying, including advice on using and integrating sustainable technologies. 

Construction Services

We provide a cost-effective reactive repairs, servicing and minor works service. This includes supervision and management of the delivery of both capital and revenue projects and programmes and management of a directly employed workforce, providing dedicated build environment services to Nottinghamshire County Council's Corporate Estate.

Emergency

We provide urgent and emergency response works through Arc Assist and our Out of Hours Emergency call out services. This includes a 24/7, 365 call centre to support a reactive repair and statutory compliance servicing provision.
