Discover Ashfield Town Board is required to oversee the Towns Fund to ensure that there is involvement and engagement with a wide range of people and organisations. The Board also has oversight of the Shared Prosperity Fund. The Board membership has been expanded to include the local MPs, additional community representation and the Integrated Care Partnership. The board serve an advisory function to the Council with regards to the Town Deal funding.

Tech Nottingham is a networking group for people interested in ideas and technology. It is an organisation with the mission to make Nottingham a better place to live and work in technology. Based in the Nottingham city centre they run monthly meetings, run events and work with local organisations to advocate for Nottingham as a place to do business in tech.

Also responsible for the North Notts Business Show, North Notts Business Awards and North Notts Business Women Awards.

North Notts Business Women Group is a popular monthly lunchtime business networking meeting which is run by North Notts Business Connections.

Retford Business Forum (RBF CIC) are a Community Interest Company, the main objective is to promote Retford, the surrounding villages and area and to increase footfall into the town centre of Retford. RBF CIC is wholly committed to engaging with activities that promote prosperity and community spirit.

Worksop Business Forum are a group of local business people with the interest of improving the town centre. The forum works closely with Bassetlaw District Council to manage town centre events and to make town centre improvements.

North Notts BID is the second largest BID in the UK, supporting over 1,100 businesses and just under 1,400 hereditaments. All business premises across all business sectors within the district of Bassetlaw are members, apart from those business premises with a rateable value of less than £12,000.

North Notts Manufacturing Network (part of EMMN) is the first local network to launch under the new peer-led East Midlands Manufacturing Network. The role of the new East Midlands Manufacturing Network is to secure the future success of manufacturing in the region by bringing together key knowledge and skills to form a dedicated, supportive peer network.

Collingham Business Community is a business network that hold regular meetings.  These meetings are partly social in nature, providing an opportunity to put faces to names whilst enjoying a relaxing end-of-day drink. These meetings also provide an opportunity to raise any matters that are concerning you or your business, in the knowledge that this will then be carried forward to the right quarters.  Conversely, the meetings provide a conduit for keeping business owners up to date with local support and other business opportunities.
