The Lindhurst Group

The development which is being built to expand Berry Hill, in Mansfield, was delivered by the Lindhurst Group, a partnership between Nottinghamshire County Council, Westerman Homes, and Lindhurst Jersey Ltd.

• Nottinghamshire County Council is looking to provide much needed new housing, attract investment and jobs, build new communities, and provide infrastructure and facilities for future generations. The Lindhurst development is part of Nottinghamshire County Council’s plans to regenerate Mansfield and the wider area as the county recovers following the pandemic.

• W Westerman Ltd is a Chilwell-based housebuilder, established for almost 85 years. The firm has built exclusively in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire for the past 50 years, providing approximately 1,500 homes.

• Lindhurst (Jersey) Ltd is a company which has significant investments in sites and developments across the Midlands. They have been involved in the construction industry for many years and have the experience necessary to ensure that projects are delivered successfully.
