Promoting Independence worker
Are you passionate about working promoting independence, enabling people to overcome barriers and to live their best lives?
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated people to join our team of Promoting Independence workers. The role involves working with people in their own homes and their local communities.
As a Promoting Independence worker, you will work with people of any age from 17 years upwards, and across all service areas. You will work with people for up to 12 weeks, on goals that are important to the person. This might be anything from teaching people to use public transport, social activities in the community or learning to cook. It is hugely varied and satisfying work.
