Relief Care and Reablement Worker

It’s your attitude that counts. Reablement is about supporting people to live the best life they can as independently as possible.
As a relief care and reablement worker, you’ll provide care and support to individuals staying or living with us or using our services. This will involve assisting with personal care, helping people to make choices with the activities of daily life and engaging in activities that are important to the people you are working with. Every day is busy and includes various activities in the service or the local community.
The work is flexible and can work around your other commitments.
