Senior Reablement Worker (promoting independence)

This post is an exciting opportunity to be part of our team who provide short-term support to people living in their own homes.

It is an important role in the day to day running of the service which operates a 365 days a year from 7am to 10pm, with a working rolling shift pattern.

This includes regular weekend, days, evenings, bank holiday and split shift working patterns, depending on contracted hours.
