Carlton Preschool Playgroup

I would like to nominate the staff team here as through the pandemic, they pulled together to make sure that all the needs of the children were met. When we first went into lockdown and had to close, we maintained contact with each other to provide emotional support for each other. During this time staff-maintained relationships with their keyworker children and provided work packs for them to do at home. Also, during this time staff recorded themselves reading stories and doing activities which were made available to parents. When we were able to come back to work, we separated into two bubble which meant that staff were separated from other staff members, which they found hard and at times isolating. We were eventually able to come back together and provide a stable environment for the children to come into where they could be safe and secure. Staff have acted above and beyond at all times, and I am very proud to call them my team.
