The staff in this room go above and beyond to give the children the best experience. The range of activities and how they pay so much attention to what the children like and plan their activities around children’s interests means that the children are comfortable to be themselves. Communication is strong and children are set targets which challenge their development whilst still being achievable. But most importantly, the staff in the toddler room genuinely love the children and you can see that day in day out.
