Willow childcare, Edwalton kids club and School house preschool

Our wonderful team have truly come together as one to support each other and our management team in the last two and a half years in particular. They have all been willing to work at minuets notice in both after school and preschool to cover each other during Covid and long term sickness.

We set up a work Whatsap group at the beginning of Covid and the staff have used this to support each other throughout, we have also used this to keep them up to date with changes and offer support.

We wanted to recognise that they have gone the extra mile to support our management team and ensure that we were able to remain open at all times, maintaining our ratios and providing a service for parent/carers.

Our staff have been with us many years and we are grateful to have this wonderful continuity in our team. Staff arrange flowers with the children for each member of staff when it is their birthdays, this is just one example of how they support and care for each other.
