Promoting and supporting employee well-being is at the heart of the free Nottinghamshire Wellbeing at Work programme. Our priority is to promote better working lives because an effective workplace wellbeing programme can deliver mutual benefit to people, organisations, economies and communities.
By taking part in our free wellbeing at work programme, you will:
- be encouraging a healthy active workplace
- ensure you have a better chance of attracting and retaining staff
- reduce staff turnover and recruitment costs
- increase productivity
- reduce sickness levels
- end up with a more motivated workforce who feel valued.
You can choose which of the four levels of accreditation you get for your organisation, and can move up through these levels if desired.
After successfully going through the scheme, you will receive a digital and printed certificate on completion to display proudly within your business and on any online job adverts. This can proudly display your wellbeing at work status for two years and, if you have applied for bronze or silver accreditation, you can also take extra steps to get higher accreditation at any time.
By progressing through the scheme, you will have taken the necessary steps to ensure you have a much happier workplace, and a better chance of both attracting and retaining employees.
