State Aid
Inspire is a community benefit society which is part of an innovative strategy led by the Council to manage some of its Cultural Services and the County Council is the first in the East Midlands to set up an organisation to deliver and manage this.

State Aid occurs whenever state resources are used to provide an assistance that gives an organisation an advantage over others. State Aid rules promote a level playing field and ensure we invest well. In this instance State Aid applies in support of guarantees and pensions.
