Walks and rides

You can still get out of the house for a walk or a bike ride, as long as you take sensible precautions like keeping your distance from other people - remember 'hands, face, space' - as long as you follow the national guidance on exercise, and keep to your local area (stay in the village, town, or part of the city where you live).

It's a great way to keep your children fit, and good for your physical and mental health too.
