Remembrance Day Water Poppy Craft
You will need
- Red coloured paper (or plain paper, coloured in red)
- Colouring pencils or pens
- Tap water
- Bowl
- Scissors (be careful if young children are around. Make sure a responsible adult is supervising).
Method
- Draw a poppy flower outline on the paper.
- If you're using plain paper, colour the poppy flower in red.
- Cut the poppy flower shape out carefully.
- Fold the petals over and drop into a bowl of water. Watch the flower slowly open.
