Inspire Learning Nottinghamshire - courses for adults aged 19+

Building Better Opportunities – BBO in D2N2
This scheme aims to support individuals with those first vital steps towards gaining employment through a personalised service and support to overcome barriers that might need to be overcome. Help is offered in a number of ways:
- Money Sorted in D2N2 – supporting those experiencing financial difficulties, to feel more in control of their finances
- Opportunity and Change – a support programme for people with multiple and complex needs
- Towards Work – supporting those with barriers on their first steps towards employment
Our Employment Training Hub can offer support to adults with learning disabilities, autism or Asperger’s who want to get ready for paid employment.
i-work
If you live in Nottinghamshire and have a learning disability, autism or Asperger's our i-work team can offer you support to get a job.
The i-work team can:
- look at your skills, interests and qualifications
- find jobs that you might like to do
- explain what will happen with benefits if you get paid work
- give you the opportunity to try out jobs to see if you like them
- carry on giving you support when you find a job to help you stay there.
