You can have up to 3 confidential guidance sessions to advise and help you consider your future plans. Depending on your personal requirements these 1 hour interviews can look in depth at one particular area or provide an overview from the following:

• explore your interests, skills and strengths and the options open to you
• consider re-training, further learning, self employment and a career change
• support you with stress management, motivation, and coming to terms with redundancy
• sdvise you on searching for jobs, interview techniques and writing CVs.
