Housing on Council land
The Council has secured grant funding of £11m to help develop its own land for 1,800 new homes.
This funding will provide the homes that local families need, support local construction jobs and bring redundant land back to productive use

- The Paddocks, Radcliffe-on-Trent
- Lowmoor Road, Kirkby-in-Ashfield
- Beck Lane, Sutton-in-Ashfield

- Stuart Avenue, Mansfield
- Caudwell Road, Mansfield.
Lindhurst development, Mansfield
A £48/51m development to the south of Mansfield, which will create up to 4,000 jobs, 1,700 homes and 40/23 acres of high-tech offices and commercial and industrial premises, is reaching its second phase.
The Lindhurst Development will cover 160 ha of land and is being delivered by the Lindhurst Group, comprising of landowners Nottinghamshire County Council, W. Westerman Ltd and Lindhurst Jersey Ltd and local planning authority Mansfield District Council.
Phase one started in 2005 and included planning consent for 519 homes, which are being constructed by Barratt David Wilson Homes, Avant Homes and Bellway Homes, and an employment area known as Vision Innovation Park
