THE NOTTINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (EDWINSTOWE BRIDLEWAY NO.4) DIVERSION ORDER 2025
The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert part of Edwinstowe Bridleway No.4 commencing from a point, SK 6249 6728 at the junction of Edwinstowe Bridleway No.4 and proceeding for approximately 162 metres in a west south westerly then north westerly directions a point SK 6238 6732 with a width of 3 metres to a line running from a point, SK 6249 6728 at the junction of Edwinstowe Bridleway No.4 and proceeding for a distance of approximately 125 metres in a generally westerly direction to a point SK 6238 6732 to the junction with the continuation of Edwinstowe Bridleway No.4 having a width of 3 metres throughout.
This Order comes into force on Wednesday 19th March 2025 but if any person aggrieved by the Order wants to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980, as amended, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, as amended, or of any regulation made under the Act, as amended, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, he or she may, under Paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied by Paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act, within 6 weeks from 27th March 2025, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
