- Monday to Saturday: 5.25am to midnight
- Sundays and Bank Holidays: 7.55am to 11pm.
At any other time, buses will depart from Bay A. Access to Bay A will be via a gate at the far end of the bus station, towards Stockwell Gate.

Facilities
The bus station is a fully enclosed building offering protection from the weather, with comfortable seating and 24 hour CCTV, providing a relaxed, safe waiting environment.
It has 16 departure bays, and for customer safety and comfort, boarding will be controlled by automatic doors that only open when the bus has arrived.
Travel Information Centre
The Travel Information Centre is located inside the bus station.
Our knowledgeable Interchange Assistants are on hand to answer any questions and provide guidance on your travel needs.
We also sell National Express coach tickets.
The station also features
- our café is currently closed but we hope to have a new café opening soon
- a shop
- free WiFi (Mansfield Hotspot)
- electronic information displays
- fully accessible toilets and baby changing room.
Our toilets are flushed using rainwater to help conserve water and we have sustainable under floor heating.
In addition to electronic information displays, printed timetable information and an online journey planning kiosk, bus station staff are on hand to answer questions and provide travel information.
Accessibility
To aid wheelchair users:
- all entrances are fully accessible
- there is a lift for access to the bridge leading to the railway station
- bays are designed for easy access to low floor buses
- there is an accessible toilet with RADAR key access
To aid those who are visually impaired, there is:
- tactile flooring on all bus station steps
- a clear concourse guide line through the bus station
- an audio point at each bay supplying next bus departure information
Lost property
If you've left something behind at the bus station it could have been handed in to the Travel Information Centre in the bus station concourse. Please contact our customer service team and provide a thorough description of the item.
