Bus User Satisfaction Survey 2022

Over the past nine years, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, Derby and Derbyshire councils have invested significantly in the bus network and have worked alongside local bus operators to improve the bus services connecting our communities.  

We continually strive to:

• increase passengers’ confidence in the service and bus operators
• encourage people to travel by bus rather than car more often
• support sustainable growth of our communities
• significantly contribute to carbon neutral plans and local air quality objectives.
