Fees accompanying applications for housing, retail, commercial or industrial development should be paid to the relevant district council.

This service is for people applying for planning permission, seeking pre-application advice, or applying to discharge a condition attached to a planning permission, and a fee is attached to that service.
Eligibility
You should be either the applicant or the applicant’s agent/consultant.
You will need
You will need a credit or debit card to complete the payment online. If you are paying a planning application fee and have applied through the Planning Portal’s website, you will need your Planning Portal reference number.
What will happen next
Once your payment has been completed, you will receive an automatic response by email confirming your payment and will be sent a letter, including a receipt for your fee, once your application has been validated.

You can pay your fee by credit or debit card over the phone by calling 0115 9932584.
Pay by cheque
Make your cheque payable to ‘Nottinghamshire County Council’. Please post your cheque with a covering letter identifying the application it relates to, to:
