There are different ways you can pay for our services:

Contract

We offer a number of contract arrangements depending on the size of your business and the type of support you are looking for. A contract may suit your business if you have a recurring need for support due to:

• Extensive or fast changing legislation
• Frequently changing product offerings
• Dealing with a high volume of consumers

All contracts are negotiated individually to best suit the requirements of your businesses. Contracts do not have to be long term and are generally offered for a 12-month period, after which we will review this with you.

Primary Authority Partnership

A Primary Authority Partnership is a form of contract with us which provides your business with protection from challenge by another enforcement body.

One-off and project support

One-off and project-based arrangements offer support to your business while dealing with a specific matter. This could be while your business is reviewing and approving a set of product labels or implementing a particular business process.  The cost of this support is determined by the scale and nature of your needs and no further commitment is necessary.
