Mental Health
Challenges can affect anyone of us, at any time in our lives. Strengths, vulnerabilities and needs co-exist within all of us, and our individual response to change, stress and loss varies enormously. It is not always obvious what will help and what will hinder. What is obvious is that we need to be as full mindful of, and attentive to, our own well-being, in order to provide the best possible support to our service users.
In this section of the Hub, we’ve provided some useful support links, for a range of mental health issues, and have also included some interesting resources for you to listen to or read.

News & Events
Having an effective and vibrant partnership depends on everyone taking part – it’s about communication, about sharing, and about YOU! We’re really keen to get as many people as possible involved in our work, to share what they’ve learned, what they’re doing, and what they think
So, here’s your chance to tell us about:
- a new piece of research you’ve discovered
- a new project that you’re working on
- some new training that you’ve undertaken
- a conference you’ve heard about, or attended
- anything else that your social work colleagues, or students, might be interested in.
