Family Hub Networks are currently being rolled out in Nottinghamshire. Children’s Centre services will continue as normal while we make the changes. You can find out more about our roll out of Family Hubs and what it means to you by visiting: Family Hub Networks | Nottinghamshire County Council

Some of our buildings are now called Family Hubs but they still provide a range of services for parents to be and families with children under the age of five. These continue to include family support and parenting, child development including communication, support for new parents including breastfeeding support that is available for families with children under the age of four but can also help families with older children. All our Children’s Centre teams will be Family Hub teams by April 2025.

Our Family Hubs have lots of great opportunities for children and their families, in our dedicated buildings, as well as our in your local community and in family homes.
