Bespoke in-house Learning and Development Offer

The Council provides a cohesive internal learning and development offer. This offer is delivered through a blend of virtual and direct provision. The learning and development offer have been expanded to cover core modules of personal development, health and safety, change management and leadership development training and courses identified by specific departments to meet their service needs.

My Learning My Career dashboard is now available and easily accessible to all employees for existing internal learning and development activities within the Council. Staff can log in by using different devices anytime from anywhere.
