Summary
The aim of our strategy is to ensure procurement activities are undertaken efficiently and economically whilst contributing to the realisation of the economic, social and environmental benefits for the County, aligning with the strategic aims and objectives of the Council’s Strategic plan and with other corporate and service strategies, plans and procedures to drive a “One Council” approach - THIS STRATEGY HAS BEEN SUPERSEDED BY THE PROCUREMENT STRATEGY 2019-2023.
