The Community Early Help and Support team is a dedicated support team that has been created to improve the way help is provided to some of the most vulnerable and hard-to-reach residents in Nottinghamshire.
The Community Early Help and Support team deliver support across communities by working with them and connecting to the network of support.
The team brings together a range of support and knowledge to align resource within the county council and a wide range of partnership groups.
The Local Area Coordinators, Community Friendly Nottinghamshire and the Community Health and Wellbeing Champion Coordinators are delivered by the team.
