Under the requirement of the Trade Union (Facility Time Publication Requirements) Regulations 2017, Nottinghamshire County Council publishes its trade union facility time data usage, on an annual basis to the Cabinet Office.

Data is collected and published by the Cabinet Office a year in arrears and can be accessed on: Public-sector trade union facility time data - GOV.UK
